This 100% natural deodorant is absolutely safe and free of any harmful substances. It has no alum salts, aluminum, chemicals or preservatives! It utilizes the antibacterial action of aluminum free baking soda, mineral zinc oxide, oak bark, witch hazel and pine nut shells to safely control under arm odor. It took us several years of experimentation to finally find the right combination of ingredients that really works not only to stop the unpleasant odors, but also to treat and heal the delicate skin in this area.
This deodorant is not an anti-perspirant, although it greatly reduces sweat and odor production. Although you will notice a significant reduction in moisture discharge, it still allows some moisture to continue to escape while eliminating odor-causing bacteria. Completely stopping sweat is unhealthy, since it also stops toxins from leaving the body. Accumulation of toxins, especially in the under arm area, so close to lymph nodes, can lead to a multitude of health issues.
Directions: Use as regular deodorant, on clean skin. We recommend using only 2-3 swipes to ensure product bonds with the skin instead of being caked on top. With this potent formula, less is more. Although we have found that the odor control lasts for up to 12 hours, you can reapply this deodorant as many times as you wish throughout the day.
How It Works: Most of us have toxins stored in our bodies from years and years of wearing conventional deodorants packed with aluminum salts and various chemicals. We have designed this deodorant to allow the toxins to escape as much as possible, while controlling the under arm odor and the amounts of moisture produced. For the first few weeks after switching to this product from a conventional deodorant, you can expect the toxins to start leaving your body, which will result in increased function of your sweat glands for some time. Don’t be alarmed if, when not wearing the deodorant, you notice a greater than usual level of unpleasant odors – this is a normal short term effect of switching to a truly natural deodorant. Very few people have reported occasional breakouts as the toxins continue to migrate out of the body. If breakouts appear, use tea tree oil or hydrogen peroxide to gently treat them. After a few weeks the function of your sweat glands will normalize. The excess production of your sweat glands will subside and the odors will be controlled without the use of any toxic ingredients.
You will never again have to deal with aluminum, aluminum salts, silicones, alcohols and dangerous preservatives in your deodorant.*
