This daily facial moisturizer provides a natural way to treat and heal both excessively oily and acne-prone skin.
There are many reasons people develop acne – genetic predisposition, stress, hormone disbalance, poor diet, side effect of various medications, allergies and reactions to various ingredients in skin care products. Although acne caused by different reasons usually responds to different treatments, almost all these treatments tend to be chemical in nature.
We experimented with many different ingredients to finally arrive at this powerful, but extremely soothing formula. Many people who have acne also have somewhat oily skin and tend to treat it with harsh chemicals to eliminate excess oil. But in doing so, the skin loses its protective layer of interferon, called Acid Mantle. This sends oil glands into overdrive, making them produce more and more oil. The harsh chemicals can also irritate skin and cause inflammations, which in turn can lead to even more acne. This is a vicious circle many of us are familiar with.
To break the cycle, instead of irritating the skin we need to sooth the inflammation. So, as unlikely as it seems, an oil-based herbal moisturizer is very useful in this situation. We have added Zinc Oxide mineral that possesses an anti-bacterial effect. Our exclusive, in house manufactured herbal complex contains powerful plant based compounds that help control both excess sebum production and inflammation. Plants like Marigold and Chamomile are very effective in soothing inflammation while Eucalyptus, Witch Hazel Bark and Oak Bark are perfect for fighting acneic conditions. Tea Tree Oil possesses strong antiseptic properties. It produces an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effect.
The combination of soothing oils and anti-bacterial healing Herbal Complex with Zinc Oxide mineral is perfect for dealing with persistent acne gently yet effectively. Zinc Oxide is also a mineral sunscreen, so in addition to fighting acne it will also provide your skin with sun protection.

DIRECTIONS:
Use spatula provided to prevent introducing moisture to the formula. The product can be applied all over the face as a moisturizer to prevent future breakouts or specifically concentrated only on affected areas. Use at least once per day or more often, as needed. Can be worn directly under makeup, in which case it will continue working for as long as you wear it. Can also be worn overnight for increased effect, as needed.
